We kindly ask you to read our House Rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. A violation of the House Rules can result in the termination of your stay without refund.
A Renter's Agreement and Security Deposit Hold are both required for all stays, a link to e-sign the Renter's Agreement and schedule the Security Deposit Hold will be sent shortly after you book your stay. Both must be completed to get your Check-In Instructions. If you do not sign your Renter's Agreement and schedule your Security Deposit Hold before the deadline of 5:00pm two(2) days prior to your arrival day, your stay will be cancelled as a breach of our House Rules and you will not receive a refund.

How the Security Deposit Hold Works
When you enter your credit card info using the secure link, your Security Deposit Hold is considered scheduled. The day before your arrival day, a Hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the Security Deposit. After you Check-out, an inspection will be performed and your Security Deposit Hold will be released within four(4) days. If there are any damages to be charged against your Security Deposit, we will discuss it with you before charging your credit card.

No parties or events are allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 9pm. Loud or potentially offensive music will disturb our neighbors and is not allowed at anytime. No music or voices above quiet conversation should be outside at all after 9pm. Exceeding the noise ordinance, occupancy or parking limits of our home will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund. We take disturbing our neighbors very seriously and no one will get the chance to disturb them twice.

No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at anytime. Registered guests are those specified on the Renter's Agreement. Include an accurate number of guests in your booking. If you booked your stay for 3 adults and a child, only 3 adults and a child can be there. We charge $125.00 per night of the booked stay for Unauthorized Guests on the property. Charges will be made against the credit card on file.

Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited on the property. This includes the front and backyard of the property. If housekeeping finds cigarette butts or other evidence of smoking there will be additional cleaning charges and they will be passed on to you. If there is any evidence and or the scent of smoking tobacco or pot inside, the minimum charge for smoke remediation is $350. However, it is usually higher because of the loss of income from cancelled reservations and follow up inspection fees. Even if there is a minimal scent, complete remediation will still be required as many people are very sensitive to the negative smell. Booking guest will be responsible for all charges, legal expenses, loss of income and/or lost wages associated with the procurement, arrangement and completion of smoke remediation to the property owners satisfaction.

No illegal substances, including fireworks are ever allowed on the property.

No pets are allowed on the property at any time unless the pet is approved by the Host, the pet fee is paid and included on your Renter's Agreement. Pets must be attended at all times. Please pickup after your pet including pet hair as it adds a great deal of time to the cleaning of our cabin.

Don't eat or drink in the bedroom(s).

Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Please take care of our belongings. You have to pay for damages that occur during your stay especially if it goes over your deposit.

Do not leave any food, drinks, dishes or glassware outside. There is wildlife in the area, you don’t want to clean up after them, trust us. :-)

Kindly wash your dishes including all pots, pans and utensils used during your stay. Be sure to put them away.

Please take your trash out before you leave. When checking out please empty your trash and any food you have in the refrigerator into the cans that are located in front of the cabin.

Please remember to turn off the gas and clean the grill after each use with the grill brush. It’s easiest to clean when the barbecue is still hot.

After using the fire pit or patio heater, please turn it off.

If applicable, please scoop out the ashes from the wood burning stove once they’ve cooled and put them in the metal ash pail.
